Cancellation or Rescheduling by Client:

Trips may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled trip without penalty.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled trip.

If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of the scheduled trip, you may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Cancellation or Rescheduling by Cottonwood Fly Fishing:

In the event that Cottonwood Fly Fishing needs to cancel or reschedule your trip due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, unsafe conditions, or other factors beyond our control, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative date or provide a full refund.

No-Shows:

Failure to show up for your scheduled trip without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the entire trip cost.

Refunds:

Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled trip or for no-shows.

Once a trip has commenced, regardless of duration, no refunds will be issued.

Refund Process:

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.

Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exceptions:

Exceptions to this policy may be made on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of management.
